As chief operating officer and managing partner of Osprey Bay LLC, Rose is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the company’s investments, including strategic acquisitions. Rose brings to Osprey Bay more than 30 years experience, including executive positions in the residential and commercial services marketplace. As the senior vice president of Direct Energy Home Services, a division of a multi-billion dollar North American energy and home services provider, he led a services company with multiple divisions, including financial services, home improvements, energy management, plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation, as well as protection plans and demand services. Rose has demonstrated particular strength in identifying new growth opportunities for international corporations such as General Electric and Sears Holdings, and he has led consumer and service divisions of these companies to unprecedented success. Rose holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a graduate of GE’s leadership institute.
Raymond Zukowski is senior vice president of operations and customer experience for National Electronic Warranty (NEW), a company that offers extended warranty/protection plans on a wide variety of products. In this position, Zukowski is responsible for bringing outstanding customer service to clients and has successfully achieved significant growth and efficiencies for the company. In addition, he has over 20 years experience in customer service and call center management. Prior to his position at NEW, he served as chief operating officer for a leading customer loyalty management company and also held several positions at APAC, a publicly traded teleservices outsourcing company. Zukowski has also served as vice president of customer service and operations for Montgomery Ward and held several management positions during his ten-year tenure with GE. A graduate of the GE executive management school, Zukowski holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and marketing.
Michael A. Rolnick, M.D., is a graduate of Penn State University and Temple University Medical School. Rolnick is a board-certified emergency medicine physician. For 17 years he was the director, then chairman of emergency medicine at Georgetown University. Rolnick has extensive experience as an educator, administrator and consultant. He is presently on the faculty at the University of Maryland and teaches at the university’s law school. He is credited with the creation of unique business applications for the medical center, including the development of the University of Maryland’s acclaimed patient referral system and a multi-hospital incubator program. Rolnick holds several patents for innovative medical devices.
Jerry E. Seals, M.D., received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at Albert Einstein University Hospital in New York City. He is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases, and currently serves as a clinical instructor in medicine at The Johns Hopkins University. Seals has over 30 years of experience in the medical care of adults of all ages and conditions. For over 25 years, he had a private practice in internal medicine and infectious diseases in Howard County, Md., with hospital privileges at Howard County General Hospital (HCGH). Seals has performed a number of leadership roles at HCGH, including membership on the board of trustees, president of the HCGH medical staff, and long-term service on the HCGH professional committee. Additionally, he is very active in the community. His volunteer activities have included medical director for Hospice of Howard County, member of the board of trustees of the Columbia Foundation, and a volunteer for a non-profit clinic for the uninsured and underinsured residents of Howard County. Seals currently serves on the board of trustees for Erickson Retirement Communities.
Aaron “AJ” James, president of operations, is responsible for the administration and leadership of operations. He is accountable for the various field divisions with direction to develop, recommend and implement programs, policies and procedures, and standards for the construction and services divisions. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Administration from Bradley University. James’ background includes field service operational management in HVAC, appliance and outdoor power equipment with some of North America’s largest service providers, including Sears Home Services (Chicago), A&E Factory Service (Chicago) and Direct Energy (Toronto, Canada).
Tobin has spent the past 25 years in executive leadership roles with Fortune 500 organizations and private equity firms. He is currently the founder and managing director for Eventus Sourcing Group. Prior to Eventus, Tobin held the position as managing director for Accenture’s new businesses organization, which focused on incubating new business within the firm. He spent the early part of his career with GE, in various executive leadership roles. Tobin then took on the role as the regional chief executive officer for Oxford Health Plans and was responsible for building their back-office operations from inception to 3,600+ employees.
For the past 12 years, Tobin has taken on sales/marketing executive roles with TeleTech Holdings, Equitant, Accretive Commerce and Accenture where he has been responsible for developing strategic outsourcing relationships valued in excess of $1.5 billion. Tobin holds a Bachelor of Arts in industrial engineering from Northeastern University, and graduated from the GE executive corporate management program.
