As chief operating officer and managing partner of Osprey Bay LLC, Rose is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the company’s investments, including strategic acquisitions. Rose brings to Osprey Bay more than 30 years experience, including executive positions in the residential and commercial services marketplace. As the senior vice president of Direct Energy Home Services, a division of a multi-billion dollar North American energy and home services provider, he led a services company with multiple divisions, including financial services, home improvements, energy management, plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation, as well as protection plans and demand services. Rose has demonstrated particular strength in identifying new growth opportunities for international corporations such as General Electric and Sears Holdings, and he has led consumer and service divisions of these companies to unprecedented success. Rose holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a graduate of GE’s leadership institute.

Terry Myers brings over 40 years of construction experience, including being founder and president of his own construction company that specialized in home improvements of historic and contemporary homes. His expertise includes renovations, additions, sunrooms, windows, siding, awnings, kitchens, decks, roofing, bathrooms and custom cabinets.

Kathleen Myers brings 17 years of home improvement experience, including in construction administration. From material ordering to installation scheduling and overall customer service, Myers has a full understanding of getting the job done, while exceeding customer expectations. She has received training in both design and sales management.

Craig Goins has over 15 years of commercial and residential construction experience, primarily in commercial drywall and acoustic work. Goins operated an independent drywall company for over six years. He has past experience in general contracting, cellular work and residential design. Since joining Osprey Bay, he has managed over 175 kitchen renovations, and completed the special kitchen remodel for the “Giuliana & Bill” show for Style Network.

Regina Brown has worked in accounting for over 10 years. She holds a Bachelors of Science in accounting and is currently working on a master’s degree in accounting and financial management with a certified public accountant emphasis. Regina is from Houston, Texas, and has lived in Japan, Iceland, among other countries.

Bill Shipley has over 15 year of proven experience in marketing and training. He is responsible for developing and delivering insightful presentations and strategies to the business unit and executive team. Shipley’s background includes training, market development and brand identity with Comcast, FEMA and Homeland Security. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology & Criminal Justice and a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management.

Alex Ellison has over 25 years of trade services experience and is a licensed Master Electrician. For 15 years, he worked as co-owner of a company that specialized in high-end residential electrical remodeling and repairs. The company specialized in custom additions, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as repairs on older homes in Georgetown and Capitol Hill.

Aaron “AJ” James, president of operations, is responsible for the administration and leadership of operations. He is accountable for the various field divisions with direction to develop, recommend and implement programs, policies and procedures, and standards for the construction and services divisions. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Administration from Bradley University. James’ background includes field service operational management in HVAC, appliance and outdoor power equipment with some of North America’s largest service providers, including Sears Home Services (Chicago), A&E Factory Service (Chicago) and Direct Energy (Toronto, Canada).
