We evaluate opportunities and assemble the financial and professional resources needed to execute the most attractive plan, which may include renovation and construction, and determine the benefits of selling versus retaining as rentals.
In neighborhoods undergoing major urban growth or revitalization, we acquire properties opportunistically, then utilize our construction expertise to renovate these properties as necessary, making them attractive rental residences or commercial space.
Research and expertise about the local communities allows OB Rentals and OB Development to strategically identify investment opportunities based on marketplace conditions, such as business growth in the area or a projected shortage of affordable housing. Our experienced team of real estate developers, engineers and construction professionals seek out and acquire properties that present exceptional value, then determine what, if any, renovations are necessary. Finally, while some properties may then be sold for profit, others are retained and managed for rental income.
