			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Daniel Hourigan is currently a Senior Vice President at National Electronic Warranty (NEW), and President of NEW’s Service Plan Division.  Mr. Hourigan is responsible for the company’s Extended Service Plans and oversees the day-to-day operations of NEW’s five core business groups – marketing, training, product development, insurance provision and infrastructure services within the Service Plan Division.  Previously, Mr. Hourigan was President/COO of REVBOX, an e-commerce solution provider that creates new revenue opportunities for online retailers.  While there, he redesigned the organizational structure to improve communications and operational efficiency, reduced monthly cash burn by 30%, identified and developed strategic partnerships for the company, as well as key business priorities and full profit and loss responsibilities.  Mr. Hourigan has extensive experience in the retail industry, including sales, merchandising, operations, distribution, product service, property management and store design.  He brings a wealth of senior leadership to Osprey Bay, including senior management positions with top Global 2000 companies, including Wards (Montgomery Wards), Telefusion, Ltd., Silo Inc., and Dixons, PLC.</p>

Seals, M.D. is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.S.) and the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons (M.D.), and completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Albert Einstein University Hospital in New York City.  He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases and currently serves as a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at The Johns Hopkins University.  Dr. Seals has over 30 years of experience in the medical care of adults of all ages and conditions.  For over 25 years, he had a private practice in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases in Howard County, Maryland with hospital privileges at Howard County General Hospital (HCGH).  Dr. Seals has performed a number of leadership roles at HCGH, including membership on the Board of Trustees, President of the HCGH Medical Staff, and long term service on the HCGH Professional Committee.  Additionally, Dr. Seals is very active in the community; his volunteer activities have included Medical Director for Hospice of Howard County, member of the Board of Trustees of the Columbia Foundation, and a volunteer for a non-profit clinic for the uninsured and underinsured residents of Howard County.  Dr. Seals currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Erickson Retirement Communities.</p>
